Our venue offers a unique experience to delegates, accommodating up to 36 delegates at our Town House style buillding with nearby facilities, including Supermarkets, Hotels and is only walking distance from the fantastic views of the Derbyshire Countryside. Whether you’re travelling alone or with other delegates, we are only a short-distance from a Free 141 Capacity Car Park, Trainline and Bus Station, with regular connections to neighbouring cities.

We understand that when booking a venue to hire for the day, whether it’s to hold a meeting or use as a training room, you need staff who are experienced in making sure the day goes well.  Our staff have experience of working for several well-known 4 Star Hotel Chains and work hard to make sure that our client’s feel at home, each and everytime they book our venue.

Room Hire Only Rates

• Room 1:    £15.00 per hour (includes a free pot of tea/coffee & biscuits)
• Room 2:    £20.00 per hour / £65.00 Half Day / £100.00 Full Day

Day Delegate Rates

• £25.00 per person
• Includes:  Arrival Tea & Coffee, Mid-Morning Tea/Coffee & Biscuits, Buffet Lunch and Afternoon Tea/Coffee & Cake.

• £30.00 per person
• Includes:  (as above) plus Breakfast Rolls & Fruit Juice
