Before joining Talk Staff Group in 2016, James held many roles across the UK in HR Learning & Development. Previously, James held senior roles at Marston’s PLC in the field/office and in Learning & Development at one of the UK’s biggest retailers – Wilko’s. Away from work, James has a keen interest in climbing and has seem him develop relationships with a number of organisations, leading groups at historic sites across the UK and beyond.
